ABA Tutors
-
Role: Implement individualised ABA programs designed by a BCBA.
-
Responsibilities:
-
Work one-on-one with children in home and school settings.
-
Collect and record data on client progress.
-
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and supervisors.

Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
-
Experience working with children with additional needs is a plus.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to undergo training and certification in ABA techniques.

Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs)
-
Role: Design and oversee ABA programs for children with additional needs.

Responsibilities:
-
Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
-
Supervise and train ABA Tutors.
-
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
-
Provide support and consultation to families and educators.

Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Board Certification in Behaviour Analysis (BCBA) is mandatory.
-
Proven experience in designing and implementing ABA programs.
-
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Registered with the UKSBA.
