Behaviour Specialist Tutors

Role: Implement individualised behavioural programs designed by a BCBA.
Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with children in home and school settings.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working with children with additional needs is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo training and certification in behavioural techniques.

Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs)

Role: Design and oversee behavioural programs for children with additional needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Supervise and train Behavioural specialist Tutors.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
- Provide support and consultation to families and educators.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certification in Behaviour Analysis (BCBA) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing behavioural programs.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Registered with the UKSBA.
