Behaviour Specialist Tutors

  • Role: Implement individualised behavioural programs designed by a BCBA.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Work one-on-one with children in home and school settings.

    • Collect and record data on client progress.

    • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and supervisors.

  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

    • Experience working with children with additional needs is a plus.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Willingness to undergo training and certification in behavioural techniques.

Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Role: Design and oversee behavioural programs for children with additional needs.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.

    • Supervise and train Behavioural specialist Tutors.

    • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.

    • Provide support and consultation to families and educators.

  • Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

    • Board Certification in Behaviour Analysis (BCBA) is mandatory.

    • Proven experience in designing and implementing behavioural programs.

    • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

    • Registered with the UKSBA.
