PRINCIPLES OF BEHAVIOUR ANALYSIS FOR USE IN A SCHOOL WIDE POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT MODEL

This is a comprehensive school wide package providing training at three levels:

Level 1: Senior Leadership introduction training: This 2-hour training session will cover a vision of creating a school-wide positive behavioural approach to minimise behaviours that challenge, increase functional skills and quality of life for their students and supportive environment for staff.

Level 2: Teacher training: This 4-day training course will consist of theory and practical, to ensure staff have the behavioural skill set to implement behavioural approaches in their classroom and to guide the teaching assistants to provide high quality support to the students. 

Level 3: Teacher assistant training: This 1-day training course will provide training on the practical delivery of behavioural approaches in the classroom. 

Level 3 (advanced option): Teacher assistant training: This is a 2-day advanced training on theory and practical delivery of behavioural approaches in the classroom.
